This policy explains cancellations for our planning services and guidance for supplier bookings.
1. Planning Service Cancellation
Before Work Begins
Cancel anytime for a full refund of your planning fee.
After Work Begins
If you're not satisfied with our initial proposal, full refund available.
After Itinerary Delivery
Planning fee is non-refundable once you've approved the final itinerary.
2. Supplier Bookings
Important: We do not handle supplier bookings. Cancellations must be made directly with your provider.
Airlines
Cancellation policies vary by fare type. Flexible fares may allow changes with fees; promotional fares are often non-refundable.
Hotels
Standard rates: free cancellation 24-72 hours before check-in. Non-refundable rates: no refunds.
Holiday Packages
ATOL-protected packages have specific cancellation terms. Check your booking confirmation.
3. How to Cancel a Supplier Booking
Check Your Booking Confirmation
Review the cancellation policy stated in your confirmation email.
Contact the Supplier Directly
Call or email the airline, hotel, or tour operator with your booking reference.
Act Quickly
Earlier cancellations usually mean lower penalties.
4. Refund Processing Times
- Airlines: 7-21 business days
- Hotels: 3-10 business days
- Tour operators: 10-14 business days
- Credit card refunds: Additional 5-10 business days
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Insurance can protect you against cancellation costs due to:
- Illness, injury, or family emergencies
- Travel delays and missed connections
- Unforeseen events beyond your control
Purchase insurance as soon as you book your travel.
